YOU SHOULD KNOW
By attending the Bull City Jazz Festival, you agree to follow all of the policies and procedures set forth by One Community, One Voice, One Vision Inc. 501(c)(3), the presenter of Jazz festival and the City/County of Durham, North Carolina. OCOVOV reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject any person for any reason, including any person whose conduct, the festival's team deems to be disorderly or intrusive, which will prevent the enjoyment of other guests.
A visual inspection of all items will be conducted on everyone entering the festival site.
Parking will be available on site at the Durham County Stadium and A PARKING FEE OF $10.00 WILL BE CHARGED. There will be signs for the main entrances for the festival.
Can I leave the festival and come back later?
Yes, As you leave your hand will be stamped, a long with the festival arm band you will receive upon entering the gate to allow for your return to the festival. You will have to pay again for parking if you leave the stadium.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
NO outside food or drinks are permitted.
Can I bring a cooler?
Coolers are NOT allowed.
What other items are prohibited from the festival?
Weapons, pets (includes birds, reptiles, etc), camcorders or audio recording devices are prohibited. Cameras are not allowed.
This is a rain or shine event.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final for the ticketed concert - no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on purchased tickets. Artists and times are subject to change without notice. Restrictions are subject to change.
Will Call - If your tickets are being held at will call, you will need to show a valid driverís license or other government-issued photo ID to claim your tickets. If youíve ordered E-Tickets online, you will also need to print out the ticket and show before you are allowed to enter, with a valid photo ID.
Lost tickets will not be replaced.

* Accessible seating - Persons requiring mobility accessible seating should contact personnel
upon arriving to the Festival.
* Persons requiring hearing or visually accessible seating should contact personnel upon
arriving to the Festival.
